1 General Introduction

Bet JL ("we", "the Platform") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated at https://betjl.wine. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between Bet JL and its members ("you", "member").

2 Membership & Registration

• You are a person capable of managing account-related activities.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Creating an account with false details is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of your balance.

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

3 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Bet JL support immediately.

• Use a strong password — combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled at all times.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• Keep your email address and phone number up to date at all times.

Bet JL will never ask for your password via email or message. If you receive such a request, it may be a phishing attempt — please report it to us immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved crypto.
• Deposits made by or on behalf of a third party are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳20,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Your first withdrawal request will be verified within 24 hours.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Bet JL complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards. Suspicious transactions will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities where necessary.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bet JL reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

5.2 Odds & Results

• All odds are displayed in decimal format.
• Odds in live betting may change in real time.
• All bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled.
• Winnings will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the result being announced.

5.3 Maximum Win Limit

Maximum winnings per bet vary by game type and bet category. Higher winning limits apply for VIP members.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus promotion has its own eligibility conditions. Using the same promotion more than once or across multiple accounts will be considered bonus abuse.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• Welcome Bonus: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.
• Reload Bonus: Bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
• Cashback: No wagering requirements.
• Free Bet: Winnings must be wagered 1 time.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus will be automatically cancelled. Wagering must be completed before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet JL and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a match.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to steal the identity of or hack other members.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour.

8 Responsible Gaming

Bet JL believes gaming should be fun – not a source of stress. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion requests can be submitted if needed.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by Bet JL

Bet JL may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Serious breach of terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Registration using false information.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.

10.2 Closed by Member

You may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Any pending bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes, please contact our support team at support@betjl.wine first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate the matter to senior management. For disputes involving betting outcomes, members have the right to file a complaint with the relevant licensing authority.

12 Terms Amendment Policy

Bet JL reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of Bet JL after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the latest update will be shown at the top of this page.
